Retail Customer Money Back Guarantee
The Megaton2080 30-day, 100% Money Back Guarantee covers all company product for retail customers who are not fully satisfied. Gracious and prompt refunds are important for customer satisfaction and the good reputation of Megaton2080 and all its employees, associates and Independent Sales Persons/Distributors.
For a retail customer to receive a refund within 30 days of purchase online, complete the following process:
- Email or fax a request for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Megaton 2080 by stating your reason for returning product. Be sure purchase receipt is attached.

Fax: (208) 545-4428 - Once assigned an RA#, mail any unused product and product packaging including the RA# written on a piece of paper, freight prepaid, along with the RA# written on the shipping packaging to Megaton2080. Most purchases will be made online. However, it is the responsibility of the Independent Sales Person/Distributor to provide face-to-face retail customers with a retail receipt for each purchase made. To receive product replacement for face-to-face refunds within 30 days of purchase, complete the following process:
- Independent Sales Persons/Distributors are to refund the entire purchase price, including tax, to the retail customer as covered by the Company guarantee.
- Distributors then request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Megaton 2080 by submitting the reason for the return and a refund receipt signed by the retail customer.
- Once assigned an RA#, mail returned product and product packaging (or unused portion) including the RA# written on a piece of paper, freight prepaid, along with the RA# written on the shipping packaging to Megaton2080. Returns Department address is provided with RA#.
- Megaton2080 will promptly replace the product to the Retail Customer or the Independent Sales Person/Distributor accordingly within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned product (or unused portion), product packaging and RA#.
Refunds and Inventory Return (Independent Sales Person)
Megaton will accept inventory returns when those items have been purchased directly from Megaton 2080 and are in original and saleable condition. All the returns are subject to the following rules:
30-Day Return Policy - Products that are unopened and unaltered, which have been ordered within thirty (30) days, will be eligible for refund by the Company. The refund shall be at 100% of the original net cost of the returned product plus any pre-paid applicable sales tax. All shipping costs for returned products must be borne by the Independent Sales Person/Distributor. A 10% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the net cost to be refunded.
Note: The Company will not issue any refunds on product when packaging is opened or altered in any way.
Prior to returning any inventory Independent Sales Persons/Distributors must contact Megaton 2080 Customer Service and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). That RA# must appear on the outside and written on a piece of paper inside of each package being returned. Then ship, freight prepaid those products or sales aids in original and saleable condition to the Megaton 2080 Corporate Office. Product sent to the Company without an RA# will not be accepted. Items not in acceptable condition will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to you at your own cost. Within 15 days of receipt of the returned items a check will be sent for the net amount of the refund, less a 10% restocking/processing fee, any commission already paid, the original shipping and handling charges, and less the value of any promotional prizes won as a result of the original sale or purchase. All Team managers will have any previously received Commission/Bonus adjusted by the value of the returned product if applicable.
Note: Government regulations regarding refunds may vary. The Company will comply with all local laws pertaining to refunds regardless of above policy when/if informed of those specific regulations.
